REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your program, you may request a full refund through our support page or by contacting us via our email (support@shredtonex.com).

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, the name and contact information you used to make the purchase, as well as the reason for refund. The refund may take up to a week to process, and an additional 3 business days to be reflected in your bank account.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Inaccurate information was provided in the checkout fields

    • Wrong program was purchased

    • Purchased another program by mistake

    • Refund was requested over 30 days past purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please double-check your bank account. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to process, and an additional 3 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

If 10 days has passed and you have not received the refund, contact your bank and contact us at support@shredtonex.com, or reach us via our contact page.

Programs Eligible for a Refund

We are unfortunately unable to refund our support purchases under normal circumstances. However, all exercise programs and diet programs are eligible for a full refund if you experience any dissatisfaction whatsoever.
